Summer To Do List:

{in no particular order or urgency}

+ take photos in an actual photo booth

+ go to the Alameda and LA County Fairs {ACF: June 17 - July 7, Alameda County Fairgrounds; LACF: August 30 - September 29, Pomona somewhere?}

+ watch a movie at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery

+ visit LACMA during a lunch break

+ decorate the apartment with white Christmas lights

+ become more proficient in the kitchen

+ spend a day taking pictures in Venice

+ walk into one of those itsy bitsy, "wonder how they stay open?" clothing stores in Westwood

+ help a friend with her summer Etsy project

+ swim on the roof at least once a week/get a tan {I glow when I wear a skirt. it's scary.}

+ find friends to go foodie adventuring with since all the usual suspects went home for the summer {here, here, here}

+ take graduation photos on campus

+ wander the Fashion District

+ go to Unique LA {July 13 & 14, Santa Monica's Barker Hanger} and/or Renegade Craft Fair LA {July 20 & 21, LA State Historic Park}

+ buy something at the Santa Monica Main St. Farmer's Market {Sunday mornings, Heritage Square} or Downtown Farmer's Market {Wednesday & Saturday mornings, Arizona St}
+ drive out to the Griffith Observatory and see what all the fuss is about
+ road trip down to San Diego with the besties and visit the Safari Park
+ bike from Santa Monica to wherever that concrete bike path leads {Venice? I think?}
+ ride the ferris wheel at the end of Santa Monica Pier
+ send snail mail to three people
+ make the most of strawberry, peach, & plum season
+ write a short story
+ eat at a food truck {here}
+ attend a summer wedding
+ finish a nonfiction book
+ spend a day at the beach
+ sew a plushie
+ picnic 
+ talk with a friend while on the swings at a park
+ find somewhere to watch fireworks for the 4th of July {here}
+ buy some fresh flowers for the apartment for no reason at all
+ make popsicles
+ take a tour of UCLA's Botanical Gardens
+ attend a taping of a TV show
+ go kayaking in Marina del Rey

+ hike to the Hollywood sign
+ wander the Rose Bowl Flea Market
+ walk along the Venice canals {the SoCal ones... not flying to Italy for a day or anything}
+ explore First Fridays on Abbot Kinney Blvd {here}
