You Know You're Too Old for Welcome Week When...

You know you're too old for Welcome Week when you walk over to the dorms for the Vendors Fair with your roommate and both of you know people who are working the booths.

You know you're too old for Welcome Week when all you can think when you see the incoming freshmen is "Wow. They're getting smaller & more hyper every year..."

You know you're too old for Welcome Week when you see someone with a course reader and turn to your roommate with "Drat. She's got a course reader. That means course readers are available. Drat." It's even better when the response you get is "Ew."

You know you're too old for Welcome Week when you walk to the dorms and go "Oh. That building wasn't there before... Or that one... Or that one... Hm. They're not very pretty."

You know you're too old for Welcome Week when you aren't all excited about meeting new people your first night back, but rather, spend the entire first weekend in your apartment with your roomie on separate computers. Whoot?

You know you're too old for Welcome Week when you go to bed at 11 pm. Not only did you not party, you didn't do anything. Goodness.
